Striped Socks was formed the 22nd November 2008 and since we began we’ve had very smooth and efficient progress.

The Guild  has now managed to defeat all of the current Wrath of the Lich King PvE content and is excitedly awaiting the beginning of Cataclysm.  It is the intention of Striped Socks to remain an accomplished 25man raiding guild and to continue chasing Realm Firsts! wherever possible. As for the time being we are sticking to 10 man raiding until we refill our dps spots, all good players are always welcome to apply and compete for a permanent raider spot, therefore keeping the level of competition between players as high as possible.

Striped Socks was formed with the idea that no one should be carried through a raid, that every member will always play their best and that all members share the same goals as the guild as a whole.

Our vision is to create a guild where no one feels that they’d rather be somewhere else during raids and where no one gets the feeling that they are dragging a huge portion of the raid through an instance.
A raid where most wipes are caused by flaws in tactics and not because someone just didn’t want to play their best.
